In the clips below, you can watch selections from interviews conducted in the Glendale, Los Angeles offices of Warner Bros. feature animation, where The Iron Giant was created.

The first two clips feature Scott Johnston, the artistic coordinator on The Iron Giant, whose job it was to work with the director, art director, and all of the various departments working on the film. The next two clips show Mark Whiting, the production designer on the film, who, working with director Brad Bird, was responsible for the design aesthetic of The Iron Giant. In the following clip we meet Tony Fucile, the head of animation on The Iron Giant, who supervised the design of the characters and much of the animation.
